We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. For items returned due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

If you cancel a service contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. However, if you have requested that we begin providing services during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay for services provided up to the point of cancellation.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after we process the return.
For approved returns, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error). Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.
