1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@giftsstudio.world to request a return authorization
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number
  • Package the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include the return authorization number with your package
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

5. Return Conditions

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance may have different return terms

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within the 30-day return period.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or if otherwise specified in your contract. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. For items returned due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

8. General Legal Requirements

This policy complies with Australian consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

9. Cancellation Policy

For service contracts, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing the contract without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by clear statement (e.g., email or letter).

If you cancel a service contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. However, if you have requested that we begin providing services during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay for services provided up to the point of cancellation.

10. Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after we process the return.

For approved returns, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error). Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.
